The conference will be held at the Paraninfo building of the University of Zaragoza, a neo-Renaissan t building. The Paraninfo is located in the city center, less than a five-minute walk from the conference hotel. Its address is:

Registration

Please, fill in the registration form; instructions are provided on th at same web page. Registration fees to the BIFI 2004 - I International Conference include three hotel n ights (starting the night before the conference begins) with breakfast, lunches, and breaks, and a banq uet dinner on Wednesday, Feburary 11, 2004. The conference ends on Friday, February 13, 2004 after lunc h. The conference attendance is limited to 125 attendees, all of whom will receive attendance certifica tes when the conference ends.

Registration is completed only when the payment has been received, which will be acknowledged by e-m ail in the following seven days; if you do not receive any e-mail, please contact us (contact information at the end of this page). BIFI members only have to fill in the registration form.

Accommodation

Conference attendees will be accommodated at the Hotel Goya^****, located in the city cent er of Zaragoza,and surrounded by shopping streets and social and cultural institutions. The hotel is le ss than a five-minute walk to the conference site (the Paraninfo building). The hotel, refurbished in 1 995, provides the conference attendees with double rooms, single occupancy. All rooms have air conditio ning with their individual thermostat, background music, mini-bar, Satellite TV and hairdryer in the ba throoms, and the hotel has its own private garage. The conference fees include three hotel nights with breakfast, lunches, and breaks and a banquet din ner on Wednesday, 11^th of February. The conference ends on Friday 13^th after lunc h. In case you would like to stay longer in Zaragoza, please contact Hotel Goya directly. The special h otel price for conference attendees is 59 EUR per night.

Cancelation

If notice of cancellation is received before January 28, 2004, all, but 40 EUR and refund costs, wil l be returned; otherwise, no refund can be made. Send your notice to Jorge Estrada (see contact information below).
