Instructions

1. Fill in the form below. All the fields, except fax and organization, are compul sory. If state/province or zip/postal code is not applicable, please indicate so by writing N/A. Be sure you provide us with a valid e-mail address, since this is our way for contacting you. Plea se, do not use any diaeresis, accented characters, etc.

2. After you press the "Register" button, your registration information will be recorded, and you will be presented a web page with your information and your assigned registration ID. Keep thi s registration ID, since it will be used for identification in future communications (including abstrac t submission). You may print the page for your records. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation.

   BIFI members, complete step 2 and then skip to step 5.

3. For the registration to be completed, you must send a money transfer as instruc ted in the payment section on the general infor mation page. Registration by December 10, 2003 is 280 EUR; after that day, registr ation is 340 EUR (last day for payment: January 22, 2004). See the r egistration section (same page as above) for more information on what the registration fees include .

   After realizing the transfer, fax your money transfer voucher to us. Our fax number is (+34)976761264. This step will complete the registration process.

4. We will acknowledge your transfer by e-mail in the following seven days after we receive your faxed voucher. If you do not receive this e-mail, contact us reporting it. The contact information is on the local contact section, in the general informat ion page.
5. Once you are registered, you are welcome to send us an abstract of a poster or talk you would like to present at the conference. You can do so by filling in the communic ation submission form.
6. We hope to see you in February! If you have any question, send it by e-mail to the local contact.
