SUMMARY:VI National Conference BIFI 2013
DESCRIPTION:The VI National Congress of the Institute for Biocomputation and Physics of Complex Systems (BIFI) will take place at the Edificio I+D of the «Río Ebro» (Actur) Campus of the University of Zaragoza (Spain)\, on January\, 30- February 1\, 2013.\nThe Congress will also host a special session dedicated to the celebration of the 10th anniversary of our Institute. \n\nThe aim of the Congress is to give to all participants a chance to disseminate their work and strengthen existing collaborations or establish new ones\, within the different research lines promoted by the BIFI Institute. \nTo this end\, the format of the Congress will include plenary sessions in the morning\, with invited and contributed talks\, as well as short outlines of the progress in each research line of the Institute\, providing the audience with an introduction on what will be discussed in the related workshops. The latter will run\, in the afternoon\, as two parallel sessions\, devoted to «Biochemistry\, Biophysics and Molecular Cell Biology»\, and «Physics and Computation». The program also includes presentations and tutorials about the experimental and computational facilities of the institute.\nResearchers from any Institution are warmly invited to attend the meeting\, up to the capacity limits of the conference rooms (accordingly\, if necessary\, the organizers might reject applications to participate). \nMore info: https://bifi.es/events/bifi2013/ \nRegistration: https://bifi.es/events/bifi2013/registration.html
