VI International Conference BIFI 2014
22 febrero, 2014 - 24 febrero, 2014
Welcome!
The VI International Conference of the Institute for Biocomputation and Physics of Complex Systems (BIFI) will take place at Zaragoza (Spain), in January, 22-24, 2014.
The aim of this international meeting is to bring together researchers from whatever discipline where demanding computer simulations are required as a fundamental research tool. The approach will be focused on the techniques (Monte Carlo, Molecular Dynamics, quantum chemistry, cellular automata, optimization techniques,…), while the goal is that researchers from different field may learn from each other’s approach and methods. A special attention will be also given to the interplay between simulation techniques and new high-performance computing paradigms. Contributions in Disordered Systems, Molecular Biology, Molecular Dynamics, Complex Networks, Computation in Neuroscience, Big Data Analytics and Visualization, High-throughput data analysis and screening, Massive Genomic Sequencing, Complex Systems, as well as any other fields, will be welcome.
