Corporate identity
Description
The Institute for Biocomputation and Physics of Complex Systems (BIFI) renewed its corporate identity with a new logo in 2010. The new design seeks to convey the real BIFI values: A multidisciplinary research of excellence, the synergy based on the application of common techniques and methodologies, and the transfer of knowledge to society.
The logo is an updated version of the previous one, a clear evolution of the square shapes toward greater dynamism. The color palette is much warmer and with a more modern look by incorporating gradients that lighten the whole. The chosen typography reminds the fonts used by OCRs.
