45th edition of the Congress of the Spanish Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
The Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zaragoza hosts from Tuesday, September 5 to Friday, September 8, the 45th Congress of the Spanish Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (SEBBM), with a total of 730 specialists registered and the participation of speakers of recognized national and international level.
The congress has been organized by the SEBBM in collaboration with the CSIC and the University of Zaragoza, and has been led by Inmaculada Yruela , researcher at the Aula Dei Experimental Station (CSIC), as president and by Milagros Medina, professor of Biochemistry and deputy director of the BIFI at the University of Zaragoza, as vice president.
The congress is presenting the latest developments in research in the field of biochemistry, molecular biology, biomedicine and biotechnology, and commemorates the 60th anniversary of the founding of the SEBBM. The program includes seven plenary presentations, ten parallel symposiums, 19 scientific group meetings, more than 400 communications with the latest advances in this field and a commercial exhibition of collaborating companies with 30 exhibitors , making it an excellent opportunity for establish international and national collaborations.
